I wish to use a thyristor to use as a switch which will give an out put upto 6 volt at output to drive the other circuit , where i wish to use it in my final project where i have to drive my circuit using a 9 volt battery and thyristor while taking the input of thyristor from the DTMF tone of my Mobile Kindly urgently reply me ,as my project sumission date is comming closer if possible then plz send me rough circuitry or link Regards

Because without the UN creating the framework for a nation of 5 million wellfare queens the "palestinian problem" would have disappeared 30 years ago. Without US millitary support KSA would have been sacked & burned to the ground 20 years ago by Iraq. The Turks would have got busy with some genocide on the Kurds - and they would still be at it.
...And without western technology, medicines and imported food, there would be no way to keep up a 5%++ p/a population growth - a population that is not sustainable because the brief niche for cheap labour is already filled by China and India (and there is no demand for skills in reciting the koran).
All in All the middle east would be like the rest of northern Africa! It will still go the same way, but harder, with more people involved when the oil runs out. 30 years max. KSA probably lies about reserves. Hence the "threat" of not raising oil prduction as long as people are ínvesting in alternative energy: The cannot raise and tries to make the best of it!

Any number about oil from an OPEC nation cna't be trusted. OPEC's quotas were based on the reserves so everyone had a strong motive to lie about what they have.
We won't run out like hitting the end of of a soda with a straw. The recovery costs will rise.
