- Like i said or implied, "standards" at sky high / unaffordable prices. And what i have seen in one or two, there are NO values given for (mumble), just unclear ways to test for (mumble) - making them a waste of dollars.

Check; "flowing well" translates to low viscosity as well as a temperature sensitivity to help it flow. I am not an engineer, i do not drive trains, so any attempt to to "force" phase changes would have a guarantee to fail.
