Commands to control car

Hi, Is there any way i can send commands to OBD2 to control stuff like door locks, wipers, headlights etc etc. which commands are suitable for these? i am currently testing these on Honda Civic 2011

I don't know about OBD-II commands. Tesla provides an interface that allows you to connect wirelessly to your car and control various aspects as well as pull data from the car's instrumentation stream.
