What's a K420?

I'm trying to design a big booster. 50V P2P broadband to several MHz with a couple watts into a load...I was thinking a a similar circuit but have a power booster stage with some gain, drive the input transistors common-base and then one of these complimentary MOSFET pairs driving the load from their drains:

There's good material here:

but I think circuits like Fig 3 are a bit obsolete, 200MHz RRIO op amps aren't expensive anymore. I don't think it needs a feed-forward path, you can strip that down.
