beginner 9s12e64 and cyclone pro

hi to all I just had a Cyclone Pro programmer,in the kit Codewarrior was included .I' have an industrial board mounting 9s12e64,the Cyclone looks able to communicate correctly with it.I'am an absolute beginner so i started following the step by step guide that showed me how to develope very basic application ( i mean things like turnin on and off a LEd)using the so called "beans" Ok,it looks all ok when it is about simulation.But i dont know all the steps for generate the programming file,how to put it in the MCU so to observe finally this LED flashing.

i know about abook about 9612 by Barnes&Noble.Living in Italy it would be a bit expansive and long to have it(4 weeks),can anyone give me some halp,please?Thanks. Any link or hint would be appreciated.
