I haven't touched cadence (at least to any serious degree) for about
5 years. And even back then I was working with the IC 4.4.5 version. I was recently told that the APTIVIA module (Virtuoso Aptivia Specification-Driven Environment) was released (about 5 years ago) for cadence IC 5.141. From my understanding it permits to do parallel caracterization across temperature, process, spec sheets ect. in order to validate the IC and reduce repetitive tasks. Sounds extremely useful. However in the cadence web site (product tab), I do not see the cadence Virtuoso Aptivia listed. Was it renamed for a later version of cadence ?
