Hello Sert,
Yes there are many for the various (MOS)FET chip designs. The manual of your simulation sofware will list the models that are supported by your software. In many cases, the FET models are not good enough and manufacturers use macromodels that included other "components" to get reasonable match between "simulated" and published datasheets.
