ABSE on virgin (uk)

Hi,

here in UK im on virgin cable (ex ntl) and ive had to switch to the new (improved) news server but there are no longer any posts visible in alt.binaries.schematics.electronics.

shame becuase there used to be some interesting stuff posted there.

anyone else finding it hard to get access there? im wondering what alternatives there are.

If you don't mind a small cost, Forte has a decent usenet feed for USD

2.95/month. You can use it when you're on the road too.

It is working ok for me - showing 4 posts in one thread today. You /are/ using the binary server and not the text-only server?
