20.25 Mhz crystal

Anyone know where I can get a 20.25 MHz crystal (very small quantity, for now)?

No, but if you can live with more noise you can use a Instaclock programmable PLL.

There are a couple of custom crystal vendors that still specialize in hobby and prototype quantities. Try JAN Crystals in Florida and International Crystal Manufacturing. They're both on the web, findable after a bit of a search.
