Hi all
I am looking for 2 chips
1> An audio power amp chip that is operated with 12 volts like those chips used in portable PA amps mounted on cars . Those are operated by the car 12v battery .2> An audio signal generator that can produce sinus output in the audio freq. range I need it to test audio amps .
Any suggestions ?
Ebay is swamped with DDS sine wave generato modules. Otherwise a Siglent SDG1005 will do just fine.

Why does it have to be 'chips'? You can use an Ipod for the signal generation (there's lots of test CDs that have the appropriate recorded signals), and almost any auto stereo for the power amp.
The iPod (or iPhone, or iPad, or Zune, or Rio...) might even be useful for other stuff.
