12v 24V AD or DC + Data over 1 cable pair 4 amps

Hi All,



I have the following requirement.


  1. To send data and power over 1 cable pair - one way.

pulse angle of a rotor on a motor


  1. Power 12V to 24V. AC or DC current 1amp to 4 amp


  1. Pulse Data with a pulse with of 28uS

  2. Cable length 10 metres


I was thinking of modulating the Pulses at 500KHz to 1MHz (OOK / AKS) and then demodulating them.



Or perhaps FOK modulation demodulation


What have you see?



what can you suggest?

That would be the cheapest solution! Probably the best one too !
