Does anyone know where to get a datasheet for the Panasonic BP-243318? It is a minature PV module, containing 5 cells in series. I am given some of these to test every so often, but Panasonic appears to never have heard of them. Digikey lists some "Solar Cells" with part numbers of the form BP-24xx, but they are all quantity 0 and show up as invalid if you try to go the catalog page. Panasonic sales offices have never heard of it. Googling on "BP-243318" and "datasheet", I get some Russian sites, and some sites describing projects that use the part, but no datasheets for the part itself. I have tried some online datasheet archives, but they don't list the part.
I have not been able to find a phone number for tech support for Panasonic OEM semiconductor or Panasonic Batteries. I sent an e-mail, but it was never answered.
