I'm stuck trying to identify a diode. It is clearly an ST device as it has the ST logo. The package is SMB. It is marked BUE ( or BVE) with C290 underneath and it is almost certainly a schottky device. I've looked on ST's web page but can find nothing..Can anyone help ?
