Can you help me work out the values of these two capacitors?

The first capacitor is much bigger than the second. Can you make a very approx guess at the VOLTAGE RATING of the capacitors?

Thanks!

This is a good reference:

104 = 10 x 10^4 pF = 0.1uF F474K = 47 x 10^4 pF = 0.47uF +/- 10% 630 MPP = 630V Metallized Polypropylene Film Capacitor

The voltage ratings can often be deduced from an understanding of the application.
