You see all kinds of prices on heat shrink tubing. For example, at Rapid, there's a 5-to-1 ratio between Shrinktek and el-cheapo RVFM. Makes me wonder... What's the catch ?

The teflon based shrink tube has the best shrink value and the highest price and can stand heat very well. The cheapo tube is ordinary plastic, and burns easely, and shrinks badly.
