Patrick, No it doesn't show up on google or alldatasheet.com - and I tried a couple other datasheet sites too. No data. Ale, can you find out who the manufacturer is? That would make it 1000% easier; just go to their website for the datasheet. I'm guessing not, though, or you'd have probably already tried that. Well... you could type in "electronics datasheets" into google and look for *more* datasheet websites, like I did, and just continue that until you come up with something.... Other than that, I don't know what to tell you.

I only know S27328 is make by NS, not data for FS27328
