Can anyone point me to where I can find a SPICE model of a bar43?

There's a model in this zip file from ST:

Inside is a file called diode_ST_09-02-06.LIB
Open this with a text editor (e.g. notepad) and BAR43 is the third model listed.
Change "invalid" to "com" to reply by email.
