Hi, I'm looking for 80-100 AT45D021-JC's, AT45D041-JC's, AT45D081-JC's (serial dataflash produced by Atmel); is this component obsolete? We are based in Italy.

Thanks, but that's their new product: it has 2.7V power supply and doesn't come in PLCC package. I'm looking for a mature product (not obsolete yet, I hope!)

Found it at digikey.com, which tells: "Obsoleted by Manufacturer" :(
What's about a small adapter to use the 'DB' in your PLCC design? A small PCB, double sided will fix your problems....
