Thanks, but that's their new product: it has 2.7V power supply and doesn't come in PLCC package. I'm looking for a mature product (not obsolete yet, I hope!)

What's about a small adapter to use the 'DB' in your PLCC design? A small PCB, double sided will fix your problems....
