I'm looking for a datasheet. google says I can buy them from a lot of places, but I want the datasheet.

It may not be as specific as you like, but the 9316 is the same as the 74161 counter. One might expect that the 93s16 is the same as the 74S161. (i.e. same pinout but S-series TTL so faster and sucks more power). Tim.
