I recently was asked to evaluate a Germanium junction (a transistor) and when I did, it had a voltage drop of about 0.7 volts across the junction. I was expecting 0.3 volts. I have changed Eg from 1.11V to 0.65 V. I also changed Vbe fron 0.75 V. I also did this in IsSPICE and got identical results.
What is the problem?
