Might want to ask NXP whether they can supply one. AFAIR they didn't publish it for the MPSA64. Maybe you could judge how good their models are by looking at the model for the MPSA56:

I hadn't noticed this before. Here is what I have handy.

DoodleBug65 posted one (from Circuitmaker) that had the relative area of Q2 as _0.1_, which makes more physical sense.
"created using Parts release 8.1 on 01/07/98" means it was created using PSpice Parts, which is pure crap.
