How can we make -ve Power Supply

Hello Friends This is Nitin Dhaneshwar,Asking all of you how can we make -ve power supply In this power supply the load is 5 & 12 volt .Can we make both -ve &

+ve power supply. I wanna make +5,-5,+12,-12 power supply in single goard Is it possible?

If the load is light:

Start by making a +15 and -15V supplies.

Use LM7812 and LM7912

Use LM7805 and LM7905
