VHF single channel NBFM RX

I wish to build a single channel NBFM receiver to operate around 149 MHz. The XE1218 seems perfect but is a surface mount device. I wish to use a pluggable DIL chip.

Is anyone aware of one or has any other suggestion, please?

MC13135 and MC13136 seem just fine and are available as DIL.
