And all those items Invented/Created years ago as the name "iPad" will probably get sued by Apple for using their iPad name.
I hear the name "Ipad" gives females the creeps and this wasn't a joke. Heard it on morning news!

Appears Fugitsu owns the Trademark for iPad
As with all legal matters, it's not about who's right or wrong but who gives the Lawyers the most amount of money.
I have no doubt Apple will spend what ever money it takes to ensure they keep their Trademark.
