Use two back-to-back PNP transistors...
The emitters connect together to a common pull-up resistor---this is the output. The two collectors are grounded and the two base leads are your inputs.
thank very much you garth.but many times when i disign as you have said it lacks the ability to resist over loading.if you have shematics or more explanation ...specialy those used for controling powering systemes..you can send me.thank you.
