Is there a market for a GenCad .CAD to .DXF convertor?

I've been asked to do a custom job to create a a GenCad .CAD to DXF convertor...in your opinions would there be a market for this in general?

Until I post I am unsure about who could answer the question. Unlike yourself, I did not leap fully formed from the womb with seerlike powers of gazing into the minds of the readers of these groups.
