wireless phone>wireless microphone?

Has anyone used a wireless phone as transcievers for microphones? Any schematics or hints out there?

It wouldn't work if you want anything approaching decent quality. Cordless phones are narrowband fm, ie response up to around only 3KHz or so. Commercial radio mics have frequency response cutoff of, IIRC, over 12KHz. If you just wanted a mic to act as a room bug, then yes it would work, but there's easier and more compact ways of doing it.
