I have a Toshiba TP50F90 that has developed a problem related to the RF inputs. The baseband video inputs look great. The RF inputs - both ANT1 and ANT2 - display streaking and distortion on all channels. The problem appears to be AGC or Video IF related. The picture appears to stabilize if I attenuate the input signal significantly, close to the noise.

I am looking for any guidance.

I also need Service Manual.
