Need service info on it. The decimator is not working and the customer wants it working. Anyone know anything about this thing ?

Never heard of it. But by the sound of things, you want to be working with full body armour on that sucker. ;-)
I like the Roman indirect reference! Perhaps a "testudo" to cover the vulnerable bits?
