Model # LN-S3241D, sound is fine, changes channels, & inputs, but raster is lit dimly with no video, & sometimes has wide bars of red going top to bottom. Is it the LCD panel? Or is it fixable? The local Samsung dealer, won't even looki at it, & it was made only in May
