Had keystone pix, & very poor convergence, customer totally adjusted the advanced customer convergence menu. CR14800 leaky, & C 14800 had a bad connection, & arced out straining CR 14800. Rapaired the set, & did a full convergence, picture tubes are all blurry, & raster is quite bright. Even with the red, green, & blue G 2 set to zero, there is still a visible blue raster. With minimum settings of all three G 2, to get a grey scale, the raster is still bright, with contrast, & brightness set to zero. Just like when you put a new flyback in on of these sets. How can I make it less bright, & washed out? How do check how many hours are on the CRT's? Isn't there a warranty clock on some of these units? Thanks, Dani.
