Philips & Trio/Kenwood scopes?

A while ago I acquired 2x Philips PM3212, a Trio CS-1559A and a CS-1577A, I tried alt.binaries.schematics.electronic and extensive web searches but no-one could help with the schematics.

Of the Philips scopes, 1 has uncontrollable full on brightness, someone suggested a diode connected between grid & cathode may be leaky - but with no schematic or tube pinout its going to be difficult to find. The second PM3212 suffers intermittent loss of sync. The assemblies where I think the sync amplifier might be don't look as if they were designed with servicing in mind, and this scope has a badly damaged case so it could be spares for the other one!

Of the Trio scopes, the 1559 appears completely dead but some poking about in the PSU produced brief glimpses of a trace suggesting what looks like a switching section of the PSU might be in safety shutdown. The 1577 lights up but there is no vertical deflection of the trace, either by a signal or the v-shift control.

Any help would be appreciated - thanks.
