I have a Philips MP3 player, type KEY003, which is made around the STMP3410 decoder chip. The player stopped working one day. The green led blinks only once as the stick is inserted to an USB port.
I opened the case and found one chip fried. Can anyone help identifying the chip? Its surface mount IC, 8-pin, measures 3 x 3 mm and has letters RCS etched. The chip is located near playback/off swich.
Any help appreciated.
