A microwave oven annunciator is sounding hoarse. Not a noble sound.
Cracked resonator or filter caps?
A lot of disassembly for a minor annoyance. More annoying if this isn't a simple fix, once disassembled.
Any tips on reducing volume?

I'm thinking cold solder or damaged annunciator. Either should be simple.
The solder dummet had parted from the disc on one of the leads.
Replaced with junk part (no polarity on original or board art) ~ qhieter. Maybe not loud enough for some.
It's out of here.
