My pc shut down last night for no reason, I booted it up with no problem, but my monitor, a KDS 17SX lcd won't show a picture. The power indicator just blinks. My backup monitor works fine. The lcd monitor also does the same thing on other computers. It seems as if it's entered a "sleep mode". I don't have the manual. Does anyone have a clue. Maybe it's entered, "the big sleep". thanks Scott

First try another signal cable as these sometimes fail and if the "wake" signal is not being received by the monitor, it will snore....

Great idea Jive, thanks

Good luck! I've never seen a worse service department than KDS.
