Color doesn't work but B&W is fine. Done all the merry go round stuff suggested by HW, including cleaning, replacement of the color cartridge, etc., etc, etc. It appears that the cartridge is not lining up with the electronics on the carriage, or so it would seem to me. Any suggestion how to fix?
