Hi,
I just got an HP 54110d and the unit says it failed power-up test. It does not display any errors and it will display a slightly broken test patter signal from the test signals on the back of the unit. (The verticle rise part of the square wave is spotty, but the horizontal part looks pretty good.) Any thoughts on fixing/adjusting this unit?
