HP 54110d Oscilloscope Boards?

I just purchased an HP 54110d scope, and it fails the power up self test. I don't have a service manual, but can someone tell me which boards do what? The boards inside are:



54110-66501 B
54100-66512 B (labelled "68000 processor")
54100-66508 A
54100-66509
54100-66507 A (labelled "ADC")
54100-66509
54100-66507 A2 (labelled "Keystone ADC")
54100-66511 A
54100-66514 A

Any help w/ troubleshooting would be appreciated, and/or if you have a service manual available...?

It has been a long time, Go into Utilities, run self test, write down all the the error codes and get back with the codes.
