I picked up a used hk560. Everything works great but the noise from the cooling fan is a little loud. Is it normal? Can I lube it? Do I have to replace it?

I picked up a used hk560. Everything works great but the noise from the cooling fan is a little loud. Is it normal? Can I lube it? Do I have to replace it?
I'd start looking for a replacement. I've known CPU fans to sound like a chain saw when they're bad!
