Anyone else coming across this ? Twice in about 2 months, an owner of newmusic kit wanting me to repair intermittant faults after being used only afew times from new. So loosing his warranty rights. 2 different companies ,reason for first owner foregoing his rights, unknown. This second timeowner was quoted 2 months minimum turn around, sending back to the factory(import/asembly plant) in another part of the country, but otherwise nocharge. Is there an excessive number of returns these days or what is thereason?
