My DVD player in suv is asking for a password and I never used one. I don't know how this happened other than us having a heck of a lightning storm earlier this year. How can you reset everything. I've already tried returning to default settings and unplugging the main source wire for even a few days in hope that it would lose its memory. When I go to change password, it ask for existing password. The make is strongstorm.
