Doulbe 40 Hand held CB radio.Who made it?

I have recently acquired this faulty radio and can find no information on it.Can any body help with a circuit diagram?Any help would be most appreciated.

If the label is still on it, read the FCC ID number. That'll tell you who actually made it.

No,there is no id at all except double 40
