Hitachi TV - model C2586TN. When first switched on from standby, sound comes on more or less immediately, picture takes several minutes to appear (depending on how long since last switched off). However, menu items and channel numbers show on screen straight away. Does this sound like the mains smoothing capacitor going o/c? Thanks for any advice.
