A copyright statement on a micro-controller © 1990-2000 would that mean a manufacturing date of 2000 or could it be 1995 or 1997 say

The other thing is what is it copyrighting ? A standard flip chip with numbers on it, no company name as such, i assume it is copyright for the dye patterns etc buried inside the plastic
