I have been asked to try tracing a fault on a friend's Vivicam 3660. Having removed all the small screws that I can see, I still cannot open the plastic casing!! Does anyone have an answer to this problem, please? This may be a little off-topic here but I have not found any references in a web search so would appreciate any help offered.
