I have a Plasma tv and im looking for a video signal to RBG adaptor. Does anyone know where I can obtain one or does anyone have a circuit I can build myself. It has to have H sync, V sync and RGB ie 5 outputs.

At what frequency? There are a lot of scan doublers out there that will convert ntsc to 31KHz+ VGA.
