Wireless Monitor

Hi im Rommell a student. Im trying to build two device, actually its a project, that if i connect the first to my computer monitor and and the second to the video port of my p.c i can have a wireless monitor connection. I started researching about VGA signals and somehow something come up. the H-sync and V-sync cannot be multiplexed together. and also where do you think i can find a small circuit that can multiplex RGB signals.
