--- I'm not sure what LART is in this context, to me, it means"Luser Attitude Readjustment Tool". However, you can FTP, telnet, SMTP, NNTP, or anything else using TCP, UDP, ICMP, or whatever protocol via a serial port. Just use SLIP. It needs enabling at kernel compile time.

Then start by learning "netiquette". A quick google search should give some results. There is a high probability that a translation to your native language (whatever that is) exists.
