Technically, yes. But it's a relativistic thing and you'll never be able to measure the wieght (actually mass) gain.
On a practical level of measurement, you won't be able to detect any difference in weight between a charged and uncharged battery since they are closed systems.

Any idea if there's a mathematical formula to explain this? - there seems to be for just about everything else!
