I am interested in setting up a very low budget 2 camera dial up web accessed PC monitoring system at an elderly relative's house and saw those $50 ( approx ) generic DVR cards at the big online auctionbay . These are a fraction of the price of those offered by the CCTV industry dealers . How do these perform compared to the name brand models or even the (ugh) x10 equipment ?
